Group Psychotherapy for Emotional Regulation and Wellbeing

Supporting Psychological Wellbeing Through Practical Skills

The Monthly Wellbeing Workshops are designed as a supplementary program to support individuals in developing practical skills for maintaining psychological wellbeing.

These sessions provide an opportunity to learn and practise self-regulation strategies that support emotional balance, stress management, and greater awareness of mind–body experiences.

Through guided learning, reflection, and practical exercises, participants are encouraged to develop skills that can be integrated into everyday life.

The workshops complement individual therapy by helping participants strengthen their capacity for self-care, emotional regulation, and resilience.

What Participants Will Learn

Each workshop introduces practical approaches that support everyday psychological wellbeing. Topics may include:

• understanding stress and emotional responses
• recognising early signs of overwhelm
• techniques for calming the nervous system
• developing awareness of bodily signals and emotional patterns
• strengthening emotional regulation skills
• building sustainable habits that support mental wellbeing.

The focus is on practical learning and application, enabling participants to incorporate these strategies into their daily lives.
